Tarin and Kevin celebrated their seaside wedding at the Popponesset Inn on Cape Cod. Kevin and Tarin were so laid back all day and so were all their guests. The reception was rockin' with a live band which got everyone on the dance floor all night. Everyone was laughing and smiling all day and the weather was perfect! Congrats and here are a few of my favorites from the wedding!

Sarah and Brian celebrated their intimate wedding at the Boston Public Garden last Saturday. You may recognize some of the members attending the ceremony because I photographed Emilie (Sarah's sister) and Ayden's wedding a couple of months ago in the North End. We started the day off with some getting ready photos at the beautiful Boston Park Plaza and then scooted over to the Common for some "First Glance" photos of Brian and Sarah. After the ceremony we could all fit on one Swan Boat for some more fun photos! Thanks for sharing your day! Here are some of my favorites....

So the end of May I had the pleasure of assisting Karin Dailey at Kerry and Jason's wedding! Karin and I went to Photography school together so it was great to hang out and shoot together. The ceremony was held at a gorgeous church in Medford called St. Francis of Assisi (though I'm glad the wedding was in May and not July b/c there was no A/C). The reception was held at the hip Hotel Marlowe in Cambridge which has a very cool interior with lots of great places for portraits. Well here are a few of my favs.....

 

Man it was a hot week here in MA with temps over 100 degrees, so when the rain poured out of the sky this morning it washed away the heat and I grabbed my camera! I remember on hot summer days as a kid running around in the the pouring rain after a heat wave, splashing around in the street puddles!

Nicole and Michael celebrated their wedding at the beautiful Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, MA. Guests were able to soak in the sun and feel the ocean breeze for the ceremony right on the beach. The flowers and centerpieces were gorgeous and I love the bright yellow colors that were choosen, they were created by Bella's Blooms in Brewster. The cool lighting setup was by Boston Uplights! Hope you two have a great honeymoon!

I love barn weddings. When I think of an image that portrays New England I think big red barns, gardens, and apple orchards. Alexis and Kash's wedding on Saturday was held at Smith Barn in Peabody, MA. and what a great location with lots of pretty spots for photos. The ceremony was held at St. Vasilios which is a gorgeous and ornate Greek Orthodox Church just minutes from Smith Barn. Thanks Alexis and Kash for sharing your day and having such a great sense of humor, it made for fun photos of the two of you!

Ayden and Emiie told their friends and family they were attending an engagement party at Mamma Maria's restaurant in the North End, Boston. But after a couple of cocktails they were told they were actually there to witness their wedding right outside the doors of the restaurant! We were honored to document their intimate wedding. Congrats!

Spring has sprung and its wedding time! We started off this season with a big Greek wedding with lots of dancing and lots of desserts. I assisted Agnieszka for the beautiful wedding for Alexis and William. I'll also be assisting some of my other friends and fellow photographers this season so stay tuned. As a photographer I feel like I am always learning and shooting with other photographers is just another way I stay creative. Well here are a few of my favorites!

Recently I designed a new wedding album with my best photos from 2009. Take a look at this 40 page flush mounted album by Finao. The cover is a gorgeous silk brocade book fabric in yellow mimosa. They also offer many other cover selections such as leathers and faux leathers. I love flush mounted albums because more photographs can be placed on each page and they can even spread across two pages. Traditional matted ablums are also available just ask me about the details.

Wow I love my job, being asked to assist on a wedding in Mexico in the middle of February, it can't get any better. Just as the plane left Logan airport on Feb. 6th snow flurries fell, we said goodbye to winter and said hello to summer. Ok destination weddings are the way to go. Want that beach wedding with little or no chance of it raining, you know you do... well have it in Mexico!

Nicole and Rafael chose Al Cielo Hotel on Xpu-Ha Beach in Mexico for their beach wedding and invited about 50 guests to share in their intimate celebration. The ceremony was held on the beach and the reception was in a round hut like building. Everything from the food to the live music was amazing.
